Assessment of projects may be billed independently, with flexibility in pricing method, hourly or flat fee, that entails:

• Analysis of your target area(s)
  
• Listing of phased or one-time project element(s)
  
• Time estimates and cost projection ranges

HOURLY AND PACKAGE RATES

Your project may only need select elements addressed, so we offer a flexible hourly rate that covers work time for various elements, such as:

• Content development and delivery
• Time in meetings, hearings, and for completing filings
• Staff development and trainings
• On-demand email or phone response to your questions

If your project is more comprehensive, a flat or package rate for a predetermined period of time and a written scope of the work may be more cost effective for you.

SITE VISITS

• If a visit to your cemetery or prospective project is warranted, we are happy to make site visits.
• Travel and accommodations will be billed for reimbursement, with an agreed upon daily cap; home stays are welcome to help reduce costs for you.
• Flat fee for time spent in consultation during the visit may be negotiated.
